SEAsia Pro Consulting has been established by several seasoned management consultants whose experience when pooled together will span 110 years of management and consulting experience across multiple industries. Our focus is to help clients outperform their competitors and generate substantial, lasting financial improvements. Our clients are typically bold, ambitious enterprises not satisfied with their status quo.
SEAsia Pro Consulting is active with clients in the Southeast Asia region in these key sectors: industrial manufacturing, heavy engineering, consumer products, new energy, Agritech and private equities. We have deep capabilities in strategy, process improvement, M&A, product rationalization, project financing, corporate setup, and search/seal partnerships. Specifically, we also assist our clients in building a successful venture in renewable energy (hydropower, solar power, waste-to-energy). We also help our clients to adapt to climate change and adopt the best practices in TCFD, tracking of carbon footprint, and reporting framework.
Our consultants also offer to sit on board our Clients' Board of Directors with specific purposes, under an affordable retainer fee arrangement. This allows us to be avail our expertise to our clients quickly whenever requested. Our consultants are practical and easy to work with, with a focus on designing actionable strategies and converting them into tangible financial results.
Why focus on Southeast Asia? It is a single market with no trade barriers for its members: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Although with varying cultures across each country, there are similar cultural vines that sieve through these societies, very much like the Euro bloc. Southeast Asia boasts of 670 million people, a combined GDP of USD 3.6 trillion and a total trade of USD 3.3 trillion.
